Signature Policy

All reservations are prepaid. Your credit card will be charged prior to your arrival, if payment information has not been submitted Signature Properties reserves the right to refuse accommodation.

The total charge includes all taxes and fees

Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by Signature Properties upon check-out. Incidentals include but are not limited to: Damage to apartment, building or any items in the unit.

Signature Properties rates are based on double occupancy, charges for extra persons (including children) may apply and will be due directly to Signature Properties. Double occupancy is defined as two people sharing one room.

Any cancellations of monthly reservations prior to two weeks of the move in date will result in a $250 cancellation charge plus any asociated bank fees.

Any cancellations of monthly reservations during the two weeks of the move in date or during the the stay will result in a two week cancellation charge plus any asociated bank fees.

No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given.
Refunds on cancellations will be issued two to four weeks from the cancellation date and will be issued via company check only.

Tenants must be at least 18 years of age at time of check-in unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
You must present photo ID at check in.
You must present a valid credit/debit card at check in for incidentals.
Check in time is 3:00pm, Check out time is 12:00pm.
Maximum Tenants per Apartment / unit is 4.

Signature Properties is not responsible for personal items left in apartments after Tenants check out.

Monthly Tenants

In the event that utilities are included in the rent, the maximum allotted amount is $250.00 any additional charges or overages will be billed to the Tenant directly.
Security deposit refund will be issued six to eight weeks from the check out date and will be issued via company check only less $150.00 move out cleaning fee and any other incidental charges.
It is the responsibility of the Tenant to ensure that all contact information is current and up to date.

Extra Charges

Per extra adult $25 charge (per night).
Roll - away bed $25 charge (per night).
Baby crib / cot $15 charge (per night).
Basic food supply $30 charge.
Cleaning services $65.
Laundry services (Charges May Apply).

 This information is not sold or released to any third party and is used exclusively for booking

 reservations and internal purpose such as advising you of special travel offers via our weekly

 e-mail (you may unsubscribe at any time).
